*A note on Patreon: we certainly don’t expect compensation for The Grey Company — we do it because we love the game and the community and because we enjoy doing it! But it does take time and money, so if you feel that what we do is worth a few bucks per episode, consider becoming a patron! This will help cover hosting costs, shipping for contests/giveaways, better equipment, and so on. Check out our Patreon page for more info.
Hey guys!
I have some questions about the Patreon.
First, if I don’t have USA currency money, can I still become a patron?
Second, with the 5$ and 25$ rewards. Did you consider the fact that not everybody has the same time? I live in CET (if I am correct) and that’s minimal +6 hours. So will I then ever be able to join those discussions or other online events?
Not that I won’t support you with the money, but it would be cool for me to join and other non-USAers too!
Great idea! I ambcurrentl I am currently debating how much I can spare from my money. 😉
Now I will listen to your episode!
First, thanks as always for your comments, Diedert. We appreciate it.
I will look into it, but I believe PayPal is an option for Patreon and they do convert currencies if I’m not mistaken. There may be a small fee.
And thanks for the feedback regarding the online chats — our worldwide listeners were something we had not yet considered, so we’ll figure out what to do. That’s partly why I’m calling our Patreon a ‘beta’ right now 😉
That’s very nice to hear, Derek. I sometimes feel like I am that one irritating fan that’s always everywhere and always replying..
I am just really enthusiastic about this game!
Okay, I’ll dive into that soon too.
Ah, alright, I figured you didn’t think about it, and I don’t how many listeners are not USA, but I thought I should mention it.
Thanks for the reply and keep up the great work!
Any chance you guys could post decks when you speak about them? (Example,Rohan Rush deck?) Great listen as always, thanks.
We’re discussing this right now, actually! In the meantime, Dan has at least one Rohan deck over in the Hall.

Howdy Steve, and thanks for your kind words. As Derek mentioned, we are looking into posting decks as part of episodes (and providing early access to decks which are “under construction” for patrons). In the mean time, in addition to the decks section of my site, a while back I compiled a fairly thorough list of deck archetypes in an article:
http://hallofbeorn.wordpress.com/2013/06/11/poll-results-favorite-deck-archetype/
The decks listed are not just from my site, but from all over the web. The Rohan Rush deck that I chose is a creation of Ian’s over at Tales from the Cards. You can find it here:

Thanks for listening, and I hope that you find these resources helpful!
First of all, great podcast. I listen whenever I can. Do you know how many people listen to your podcast? Because it would only take 2,000 people donating five dollars an episode to reach the goal of 10,000… 😉
A guy can dream!
